He was born in Tarsuz in 1961. She attended primary and secondary school in Tarsus, and high school in Adana Girls' Boarding High School. He graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1984. He completed his specialization at Şişli Etfal 2nd Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic and served for 30 years in public service.
